Bayside Fitness For Fun Winter Holiday Classes

Winter Holiday Programs:
(all other classes are also running as per usual during the holiday period)

"KIDS": 4 years+, 3 hour session, (1 pm - 4 pm, refer to time table in the program) 

General public: $43.00 
Member: $35.00

Appropriate for Primary School aged children. Children are divided into age/skill based groups to learn how to tumble, flip, swing and balance or build on existing gym skills. A variety of different games and activities are offered each day utilising all the gymnastic apparatus including trampoline, bars, rings, beams as well as floor activities.

 

"GymStar Clinic": 3 hour intensive session (1 pm - 4 pm, 14th July)

General public: $46.00      
Member: $38.00

Appropriate for students that attend our 2-hour GymStar class or students that are at an advanced level of gymnastics and train 2+ hours per week. The workshop will focus on 4 advanced gymnastic skills. This will include strength and flexibility training as well as exercises to do at home to assist with the achievement of these skills.  

 

On the day send a drink bottle and a healthy snack/lunch with your child. Parents are welcome to stay if they choose. Children need to be signed in and out at the gym office for each session.
