1. Our Gym for Fun program caters school aged children. Your child must be 5 before April 30 that year to be eligible for our Gym for Fun class.

Fitness for Fun offer make-up classes for all Gym for Fun and Kinder Gym classes that are missed. Dependent on availability, we are able to offer you a make-up class.

1. How many weeks of suspension am I offered? a. You are offered 6 weeks of suspension across the year to use as you wish, as well as ALL public holidays. Please advise us with 2 weeks’ notice on when you would like to put your account on suspension. In addition your account will be put on an automatic suspension for four weeks over the Christmas break.

2. What if we are going away at school holidays? a. You can give us 2 weeks’ notice of the upcoming classes that will be missed and your child’s account/class bookings will be suspended. If you wish to cancel, please note your preferred class is subject to availability upon your return, we will attempt to accommodate you in the same class where possible. Direct Debit setup fee will apply to rebook, please refer to question 5 ( extra costs)

Fitness for Fun does have its own uniform, however this is not compulsory. Tight fitted clothes are recommended, to ensure they do not get caught on the equipment. All children will take off their shoes on arrival. 

1. What is Direct Debit? a. Direct debit is an easy way to make sure that your child’s gymnastics class fee payments are made each fortnight in advance. The payment is automatically deducted from a credit card, savings or cheque account that you nominate.  

2. What do I have to do? a. Once you advise that your child would like to start a class you pay for the first 2 weeks of class and any applicable membership fees upfront via credit card, eftpos or bank transfer. This will lock in your child’s booking, and the first direct debit will appear 2 weeks in advance of their class times. You will need to complete the Direct Debit Request Authorisation Form to ensure your child’s booking is locked in for the weeks (after the first 2 weeks) for which the initial upfront amount was paid.  

3. How Frequently? a. Once per fortnight the cost of your class + a transaction fee ($2.00pw for savings/cheque accounts & 3% Visa or MasterCard surcharge)

4. Any extra costs? a. No hidden costs apply. You are charged a once off fee of $5.00 for data storage and compliance upon your initial DD this is paid once only at the commencement of your direct debits. b. There is a per fortnight transaction administration fee when paying for your classes by direct debit. Your financial institution may also apply other fees for supplying a direct debit service.

5. What entity will appear on my bank statement? a. IPAY FITNESS is the name that will appear fortnightly on your statement.  

We only require 2 weeks’ notice to cancel your booking with Fitness For Fun. No cancellation fee applies. This is a strict two 2 week policy (2 classes). If you forget to cancel, you will still be charge for 2 weeks, regardless of if you attend or not.
