Direct Debit.... What does this mean for families?
Fitness for Fun (FFF) operates with a direct debit payment system.
This system ensures we are able to offer flexibility for families relating to cancelation policies, school holidays and unexpected time off from gym class.
Your child’s annual membership registration is deducted in addition to the fortnightly direct debit on the anniversary it falls due.
During Christmas we will be closed for four (4) weeks, direct debit will cease for this period and restart 2 weeks prior to class opening.
School Holidays – you will have 6 weeks of the year by which you can suspend your membership – use these for the 2 week school holidays that occur every quarter or use them towards a period of time you know you will miss your gym classes. Minimum of 2 weeks suspension at any one time and maximum of 6 weeks suspension total per annum.
